what areas do you deliver to?

We are based out of Richmond Hill, GA, and primarily serve Savannah to Bluffton. We spend most of our time in communities like Ford Field and River Club, Southbridge, Savannah Quarters, The Landings, and Palmetto Bluff.

We’ve gone as far as Statesboro, Hilton Head, Beaufort, and more. We will go about anywhere, for an additional cost.

are you available on my event date?

Our availability depends on several factors and the biggest is the location of your installation. We service such a large area that Bree can only be in so many places on the same day. The time of your event will determine if we can coordinate your install with our other clients that same day.

The best way to help both of us figure out if we are available is to fully fill out the order form with as much information as possible.

can I rent the light-up marquee
letters and numbers from you?

No, those are from a different company, Alpha Lit Savannah. You will need to book us separately, but we always love to coordinate to make your event perfect! Make sure to let us know if you plan to use us both.

is there a minimum?

Yes, garlands start at $20/ft with a 15 foot minimum + delivery/install. ($250 is the least amount for any type of garland.)

how far in advance should I book?

As far as possible! Saturdays are always the busiest and book up first, but installs and prep work are happening daily.

how do I book?

If your event is within a couple of weeks or less, we need to plan all the details and will require you to pay in full before moving forward.

If your event is several months out and you are not sure of the details yet but at least have the date and location, we can secure your date with a $250 retainer that will go toward your remaining balance and finalize closer to your event.

Fill out our order form and be as detailed as possible. We’ll respond (hopefully with a “yes, we are available!”) and discuss the details.

A 50% retainer is due to secure your date with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your event.

If your event is less than two months away, we need to figure out your details to make sure we have the inventory and are able to fit it all within the schedule.
